FAQ

Q: How long does shipping take?
A:
After you've placed your order on ready to ship items please allow up to 1 week for me to process and ship your order. Once shipped, you should receive your package within 3-7 business days in the U.S. However, once shipped it is out of my hands and USPS shipping times may vary.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided at checkout. All packages are sent through USPS. Sticker orders do not receive tracking numbers.

Q: What happens if something arrives damaged?
A:
Stained glass pieces are very fragile and while 99.9% of the pieces I send out arrive safely, there is always a small chance of damage occuring during transit. I provide shipping insurance on all packages therefore in case damage has occured during transit you can contact USPS with your tracking number and proof of damage and/or email me at [email protected]

Q: What happens if I provide the wrong address at checkout?
A:  - If you provided the wrong address at checkout feel free to email me as soon as possible with your name, what you ordered, and the correct address.
     - If I ship out a product and it gets sent back to me due to a wrong address provided at checkout, you will be asked to pay the shipping fee again.
     - If the order arrives at a different address due to a wrong address provided at checkout you can contact USPS with the tracking number provided at checkout.

Feel free to contact me via email with any issues. Email: [email protected]

Q: How do I clean my stained glass piece?
A:
It’s recommended to use a soft, dry cloth to lightly dust your stained glass piece, being especially gentle around the edges and any wire or glass paint that may be on the piece. Only dust when needed!

Q: How should I display my stained glass piece?
A: It's recommended that if you choose to hang your glass piece to hang it from something very sturdy. It's not usually recommended to use suction cups as they are not always reliable, especially the heavier the piece is. Glass is fragile, therefore even a well-made piece may not survive a fall. Instead try using hooks hanging directly down from the window frame or screws above the window.

Q: Where should I display my new piece?
A:
You can hang your piece, such as from a window, on a wall, on a rearview mirror, etc. You can also display it propped up or on a flat surface as decor. It's not recommended to hang outside as certain weather may damage the piece. Keep out of reach of children - some pieces may have sharp edges/wire or contain some lead in the solder of the piece.

Q: Do you do custom stained glass pieces?
A:
Yes I do! Unless otherwise stated, I am currently taking custom orders for premade designs with colors of your choice. I also do completely custom designs depending on the type of design you'd like. To contact me about a custom piece you can email me at [email protected]
